Grand Marnier

Patrick Raguenaud

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Join us in welcoming Grand Marnier Master Distiller Patrick Raguenaud to San Francisco as he walks us through the story of this indespensable brand, its production and various bottlings. This is the man behind these products, so all of your questions will be answered as we taste our way through the products and the flavors that construct them all. Then, Boothby Center Director H. Joseph Ehrmann will take us through a tasting of the use of Grand Marnier in cocktails.
The Boothby Center exists to preserve the cultural heritage of saloons and their cocktails in San Francisco, while also celebrating California's culinary philosophy and tradition via special public events, publications and educational seminars. We offer Open Enrollment classes to the public as well as private classes for corporate team building, client entertainment, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties and for whatever reason you have to learn about cocktails! We also rent the facility for private events of all kinds (it is a 1300 sq ft room with a bar in it that holds up to 50 for a class and 125 for a party).
